Reporter Ruben Galvan from FOX 6 News came to sleepy Otay to really liven things up! It was the biggest party found anywhere at 6am. Dlush investor and San Diego NFL star, Jacques Cesaire, stopped by to face the ultimate challenge- drink the concoction that Ruben made for him! He was a great sport and it was a great morning!
