David Moritz is Managing Director, Head of the Property Industry Group, South East Asia, for a major investment bank. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for investment banking assignments in the real estate sector throughout South East Asia, including capital raising and M&A assignments. David has worked in investment banking for the past 9 years. Originally based in New York, he moved to Asia in 2003. David saw the potential in Dlush from day one and, inspired by Adler’s vision and drive, has continued to lend his financial expertise to the Company. David graduated with a BS in Engineering from the University of Maryland and holds an MBA from Columbia University.
