Dlush Owner Jeffery Adler Gets to the Heart of What People Want to Drink

Jeffery Adler, 39, started his career traveling the globe as a retail consultant. Wanting a new pace, he relocated to San Diego from the East Coast to pursue a dream that he had written on a napkin. The dream was Dlush, an ultra-hip, high-end beverage joint serving specialty coffees, smoothies, and teas. The marriage of food and fashion, conceptualized by Adler, resulted in the flagship store Fashion Valley Mall and locations at Otay Ranch Towne Center and Hollywood, plus international expansion in the Middle East and Asia. Going strong in its seventh year, the San Diego-based company is not slowing down.
